Why not hit them with the recent Commons FO Select Committee Report, which
said that sanctions played 'a part' in the humanitarian catastrophe? How big
a part? Ten percent? One hundred percent? One percent? One percent is three
thousand dead kids - an Aberfan every day for ten years. 

Also this 'containment' thing. What's so good about it? What does it really
prevent? A military build-up of the kind that the 'arms embargo' was
supposed to prevent? The Ba'athists killing lots of Iraqis? We need to
challenge the use of the word.
