Lengthy, semi-official article on Washington Post front page Sunday indicating the US intends 
fairly rapid pull-out of Iraq quagmire.

Long discussion of vegetable oil sales, pricing, distribution etc.

However, the actual words IRAQI  O_I_L is avoided and never once mentioned. pg
