[casi-analysis] FW: Contracts database

[ This message has been sent to you via the CASI-analysis mailing list ]

Dear list members,

Has anyone had a chance to examine the contracts database that the Center
for Public Integrity maintains?

http://www.publicintegrity.org/wow/bio.aspx?act=pro&fil=IQ

If so, I'd appreciate a review.

p.s. sorry for not yet replying on the privatisation thread: I've been
stretched.
