[ This message has been sent to you via the CASI-analysis mailing list ] I found confirmation that US will continue to control oil revenues when sovereignty is transferred June 30. This fact seems to be missing from most accounts of the handover. Cheers Ken Hanly Iraq's oil revenue is under U.S. control and will remain so until a "representative" government is in place as stipulated by a U.N. resolution last year.
