Just released: the UNICEF reports for the 3 autonomous northern governorates. As with the earlier reports for central/southern Iraq, they're published in PDF format and are available for download at http://www.unicef.org/reseval/iraq.htm . There's also a new table listing U5 and infant mortality rates at various intervals from 1960 to 1998.
