Dear All, I recently wrote a letter to Menzies Campbell, Liberal-Democrat Foreign Affairs spokesperson, thanking him for suggesting to the Lib-Dem conference earlier this year, that non-military sanctions on Iraq should be lifted. In reply his office sent a copy of the speech that he made at the Lib-Dems conference earlier this year, regarding Iraq, which I attaching. Jean R
