Re: [casi] Appeal to Security Council



Relating to my work, I have recently started reading about the cultural
differences between China and the West. One thing that might be relevant is
that the correct way to represent your views to an unknown Chinese person
would be to go through a mutually acceptable intermediary.

Might I suggest therefore that anyone wishing to contact the Chinese govt,
do so through their Embassy?
