Dear folks, Sorry for sending yet another e-mail but Matt's departure for Iraq to join the Peace Team has had to be rescheduled due to illness. Consequently Matt will *not* now be handing in a letter at Downing Street tomorrow (13th December) at 12 noon and will *not* be at Heathrow at 10.15am this Sunday. Hopefully I'll be able to circulate the new times and dates in the not too distant future.
