The report that this news item seems to be based upon
has been declassified by the US military some time
ago. The title was misspelt when it was written so
it's easy to find. Search the web for "WATER
TREATMMENT" and you'll find the following at:

http://www.gulflink.osd.mil/declassdocs/dia/19950901/950901_511rept_91.html

The document is quite long but you'll find everything
you need to know in there - and that's just the stuff
they've declassified.
It's an official US military site so quote it all you
like!
