Dear Friends,
I thought you might find this article interesting. It is short and I know this has been
brought up before . I don't know if it is true, but I think the UN is not free of the blood on
their hands, particularly in related to Iraq and the sanctions. I think those who are carrying out
inspections are not being honest and are basically trying to appease the US and Britain by
constantly inferring that Baghdad is not fully co-operating. If they go thru with this war they
will have to one day own their compliance in it. Peace. Peggy
There is also an broadcast about the 100 Human Shields from Voices in the Wilderness still
remaining in Iraq. You can hear them on www.democracynow.org for todays program. Thursday. It is
on right now which is 9:21 am nyc time.
