[casi] Many apologies to the list and urgent request

Dear list

I made a major blunder. I was emailed a set of private,
personal opinions. The opinions expressed are solely his
own and are not in any way to be attributed to Boeing. I
forwarded these to the list, stripping identifying details
off the top of the email but not off the bottom of the
email. As a result, the individual's identity and email
address were made known. Unfortunately, the person became
aware of this through receiving multiple emails, some of
which he has characterised to me as abusive.

CAN I PLEASE REQUEST THAT NO-ONE SEND ANY MORE EMAILS TO
THIS PERSON.

Many, many apologies to all concerned.

Eric
