The UN mandated Food-for-Oil program has been suspended. By whom? Bush has allocated thousands of tons of US wheat to be eventually sent to Iraq. Midwest US farmers will be happy- election 2004 may be in Junior's mind. Australian farmers had been receiving $800 million yearly to export their wheat under the UN Food-for-Oil program.
