[casi] US cutting Veteran's Budget

[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ]

Despite all the flag-waving pro-war people in the US, Congress has cut the
budget for Veteran's Services and Health care by $28 billion dollars.

"High-income" Veterans making all of 24,000 per year will be denied access to
certain services. A user fee of $250 has been added for Veteran's - and the
stupidity goes on and on.

Congress took this vote at 3am last Friday - making sure all the pro-war
people were either sleep or busy watching the war on CNN and Fox.
