[casi] Interesting exchange today

Interesting exchange today on BBC with Secretary-General of Arab League:

Question: "Why have you in the Arab League not dealt with Hussein before
this?"

Secretary-General : "We have tried, through the United Nations. Arabs
brought Hussein to the UN. Arabs forced Iraq to accept UN inspectors. Arabs
insisted Hussein give UN inspectors unfettered access.

Now with all that, we suddenly have war. Why?"
