A very big bomb would do it but I doubt that's what
you meant.

Seriously though, I remain convinced that the way to
do it is a "fly-on-the-wall" documentary. Get people
to see the situation in Iraq and empathise with the
children of Iraq. Suddenly they will change from being
statistics (or bodies) to being children. Problem
solved.
