[casi] attack on discuss list




Dear All

Nothing of this type has ever happened before but the situation is quite
serious. Accordingly I am afraid I am forced to change the list settings in
such a way that all postings have to be approved by the list manager (me)
before they go to the list. I hope we can soon revert to our old and more
open ways! I am very sorry for this piece of authoritaria - but there is no
other possibility right now as far as I can see.
