Dear Friends, Voices in the Wilderness UK is helping to organise a number of events here in the UK over the long weekend Saturday 5th August - Monday 7th August. MEET : 12 NOON, TRAFALGAR SQUARE, MONDAY 7TH AUGUST 2000 Mass act of nonviolent civil disobedience in Whitehall. Similar acts of nonviolent resistance will be taking place in Coulport and Washington D.C. PLEASE COME TO LONDON ON AUGUST 7TH TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR THE PEOPLE OF IRAQ, AND YOUR OPPOSITION TO BRITISH GOVERNMENT POLICY.
