Dear List Member, In a recent mail to the lisr we encouraged folk to write to the Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, concerning the possible humanitarian repercussions of a war against Iraq, enclosing a handful of rice 'as a symbol of the human needs that should be our prime concern especially in time of war'. Due to certain circumstances which have arisen we are now asking folk *not* to send rice to the Foreign Office. To be clear: please *do* write to Straw, but *don't* include the rice. Best wishes, Gabriel voices uk _______________________________________________ Sent via the discussion list of the Campaign Against Sanctions on Iraq.
