Dear list members, The Spanish government has created a website containing information on, among other things, the donor's conference taking place now: http://www.comisionadoiraq.org/ The CPA has prepared a CD containing project proposals for the conference. The proposals were generated by asking for input from individuals at the local level in Iraq.
