Preliminary comments on the US/UK annex of 24 May 2001

Following CASI's release of the US/UK annex of 24 May 2001 to the UK's draft resolution, Dr Colin Rowat wrote two preliminary comments on 3 and 5 June 2001 about the annex, and circulated them on the CASI discussion list (for further information on this list, see here).
