I myself have no doubts that since England and America are still bombing
Iraq on an almost daily basis, this indeed constitutes war against Iraq by
these countries in our name. 

The fact that known aggressors do not acknowledge bombing as war is
certainly not a sign of peace or benevolence. Denial of the reality and
negative impact of one's actions is a characteristic of the immature and
the cowardly, and applies to institutions and countries as well as to
individuals.
