A Washington, DC,-based advocate, Ron Nicosia, recently forwarded to me the following query: "According to the April 24th issue of Middle East Economic Survey, a couple of countries are holding up the formation of a committee that would approve oil applications in place of the Sanctions Committee, as specified in paragraph 18 of SC Resolution 1284. Have you come across any other information on this"? If you have answers to Ron's questions, or leads that he ought to investigate, please make sure to cc: them to rnicosia@starpower.net With regards, Nathaniel Hurd Boston, USA ----------------------------------------------- FREE!
