[casi] Dual use items?

Hello all,

They might as well label 'human life' as a dual-use item! That's if they
haven't done so already using other words to describe it, and actions to
complement it! Are we going to waste another 12 months discussing dual-use
items as innocent children die on hospital beds waiting for that dual-use
item to be accepted? As Iraqi money is used to buy the latest computers and
state-of-the-art equipment for the UN offices, it cannot be used to diagnose
or treat a simple case of cancer. Sanctions is the biggest cancer. A cancer
that has been eating away slowly at innocent Iraqis. Dual-use limitations is
simply a complication in this already-well attached disease.

Best Regards,
