Hi,

I think we should press ahead as fast and as often as we can with appeals to
Security Council, both Permanent and elected members.

I have been off-line for a few days after Zionist problems with Yahoo. Before
I lost contact, I learned there was to be an Open Security Council meeting
before any vote. This would be a meeting at which any UN member could speak,
the impression being that most of them would speak against any war on Iraq.
If we had a list of members, we could encourage all of them to speak. If the
SC is anything to go by, the E Mail Addresses would generally be
-country@un.int. Any suggestions?

Chris
