[casi] Re: Pardon me, Colin, was chlorine not banned?

Dear Colin,

Thank you for the valuable update on chlorine. We keep gaining insight into
some of the direst machinations on earth.

Your source says

> "that in the early days of economic sanctions it was very difficult to
> get Sanctions Committee approval for even a UN agency to import even
> small amounts of chlorine."

I find it nothing less than horrible. Doesn't it obviously mean that the
committee were intent on carrying out the murderous predictions of IWTV? Would
they come up with any other explanation for what they were doing? Does your
source know anything about the mechanisms of the cabal called Sanctions
Committee?

I should be grateful for any elaboration on these points.

Best,
Attila
